Our Story

Fazzi's Restaurant has been a cornerstone of Collinsville, Illinois since 2005. Located at 1813 Vandalia St, we are a family-owned restaurant serving Greek, American, and Italian cuisine to the Metro East St. Louis community for over two decades.

Our kitchen is built on homemade recipes rooted in Greek culinary tradition. We make our own Béchamel sauce for our pastitsio and moussaka, stuff our dolmades by hand, and prepare our saganaki — our signature flaming Greek cheese — tableside. Every dish is made with care, the same way it has been since we first opened our doors.

Signature Dishes

Fazzi's is best known for its Greek specialties. Our saganaki — flaming Greek cheese served with pita — has been a guest favorite since day one. The pastitsio (seasoned ground beef with tubular noodles and homemade Béchamel) and moussaka (ground beef, potatoes, and eggplant with Béchamel) are our most-ordered entrées. Our Signature Gyro Plate features gyro meat, Tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, onions, and feta cheese. The Fazzi's Greek Sampler Platter — pastitsio or moussaka, two dolmades, and spinach pie — is the best way to experience the breadth of our Greek menu in one sitting.

Beyond Greek cuisine, our Italian and American offerings are equally beloved. Chicken Piccata, Pasta Con Broccoli, Stuffed Sole (filled with crab and shrimp stuffing), and our hand-cut 16oz Ribeye and 20oz Porterhouse steaks round out a menu that has something for every table.

Fazzi's does not serve alcohol — a deliberate choice that reflects our family's values and the kind of dining experience we want to provide. We believe great food and great company are enough. Our guests appreciate the warm, family-friendly atmosphere that has made Fazzi's a go-to destination for birthdays, anniversaries, and everyday dinners alike.

Private Dining & Catering

Our private party room seats 20–25 guests and is available for special events, business lunches, and celebrations. We can also accommodate larger groups in our main dining room. Limited offsite catering is available — call us at 618-344-5440 to discuss your event.
